Return of goods
The goods bought in our online store – Easymom.si – are covered by the warranty and are subject to return procedure, as envisaged by the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
The procured goods can be returned within 14 days period.
Return of goods
After receipt of the ordered item the Client is entitled to return the item within 14 days or provide an evidence of having delivered the product to a logistics company within the indicated period. The goods to be returned shall not be used, damaged and shall be packed in the original package.
The client shall bear all the expenses associated with the goods return unless the client received defective goods or the received items do not correspond to the description of the store.
The refund for the returned goods shall be carried out not later than in 14 business days and shall be paid to the account of the client which the latter used to pay for the goods.
A client may address the Department of consumers advocacy entitled to resolve disputes arising out of a commercial agreement if the disputed goods cost exceeds 20 euros (the dispute review by the Department is free of charge).
