Each size envisages extra 30 cm of stretching for growing baby bump; therefore, you will feel comfortably embraced by the belly band both before and after birth.
How and how long shall a pregnant women wear the belly band *
*Attention! You can find only broad guidelines here. Consult your doctor in each individual case for more precise and correct recommendations!
It is recommended to wear the belly band starting from the 13-th week of pregnancy, since a baby bump is not big enough at early stages of pregnancy.
In case core muscles are strong, one can start wearing the band from 28-th week;
From 39-th week of pregnancy the belly band shall be used only during daily activities at home or during long walks since at this term the belly starts lowering and the baby is getting ready to come to this world descending in birth canal.
Each 3–4 hours of wearing the belly band shall be removed for 30–40 minutes.
It is forbidden to wear the band around the clock, besides, the band shall not create any pressure.
